Honestly danielr94, the leash is the part that gets me... like, what's the plan if that bird decides it wants to fly? That's not a dog, it's a creature built for the canopy. Seems like a huge gamble in a space full of sliding doors and loud noises. Someone's just hoping the macaw stays chill while luggage carts zoom by. That's a level of trust I don't think I could ever have with a parrot.
