Totally believe it! Our copy of Pandemic is still stained with salsa dip after my cousin flipped the table. That was the same night we banned competitive games forever. Now we just do cooperative puzzles, way less ceiling related drama.

Honestly the worst part isn't the mess, it's the social fallout after. Like @matthewkim's salsa incident, that stain becomes a story you tell for years. Those chaotic moments somehow become the glue, even if the board is stuck with actual glue.
