Hot take: hitting 50 questions answered in one thread taught me way more than asking ever did
I started replying to stuff in this sub mostly to kill time, and somewhere around my 50th answer I noticed I was actually learning more from typing out replies than from posting my own questions. Last week a guy asked about cheap ways to soundproof a rental in Phoenix and I ended up reading about mass loaded vinyl for two hours. Nobody upvoted it, didn't matter, I knew more leaving than I did going in. What question here made you go learn something you had zero plans to learn?
