Still not convinced those 'ancient' Viking runes found in Minnesota last decade are anything but a hoax from the 1800s
It took me over three years of digging through county land records and old settler diaries to find the original farmer who admitted his grandfather carved those stones as a joke in 1898, so why do reputable archaeologists still treat them as genuine artifacts?

That farmer's story sounds suspicious given all the proof those stones match Norse rune styles exactly.

Try checking the weathering on the carvings, that usually tells the real story lol.
