I did a full blackout test at my house in Dayton last Saturday and it went bad fast
Cut the main breaker at 7pm to see if my prep actually worked. Found out my flashlights were in three different closets and my wife had to feel her way to the bathroom with a dead phone. The real problem was my $90 solar generator, it ran the fridge fine but died trying to run the coffee maker the next morning. Anyone else test their setup for real, and what broke first for you?
