That $90 'soundproof' rug did nothing for my stompy upstairs neighbor
Bought a 5x8 rug pad combo from a big box store in Charlotte after reading reviews about dampening footfall, but the guy above me still sounds like he's drop-kicking dumbbells at 6 AM, so has anyone actually found a floor treatment that works or should I just accept the thumping?
