Spent 3 weeks chasing a ceiling leak that turned out to be my upstairs neighbor's AC drip pan
Kept thinking it was a roof issue since it showed up after every rain, but the building guy finally checked unit 4B and found their pan overflowing into my wall. Has anyone else dealt with a leak that was totally on the neighbor's side?
