That new subdivision off Route 9 in Hudson has some sketchy alarm wiring going in

I was doing a delivery in the Pines at Hudson development last week and walked past three houses with exposed contacts hanging out of the door frames. Some installer is leaving like 2 inches of wire hanging loose where anyone can snip it in 5 seconds. Has anyone else seen this kind of sloppy work going in new builds lately?

House 47 on Cypress Lane had the same problem last week. I counted 3 exposed loops on the back door frame alone. Whats worse is that some of those shorted wires can actually cause false alarms during rain or even set off a fire risk if the insulation rubs wrong against the metal frame. The town inspector probably signed off on it without checking inside the walls too.
