Spent two hours reprogramming a panel in Phoenix because the owner changed the code without telling me.
Got a call from a client in Scottsdale last Tuesday who couldn't arm their system, drove 40 minutes out there, and it turned out their teenage son had reset the master code to his birthday. Has anyone else dealt with customers messing with settings and not saying a word?

Oh man, I feel your pain on this one. Had a call out in Mesa last month where a customer couldn't get their system to stop beeping... turns out their kid programmed the bypass codes wrong while "helping" set up some smart lights. They didn't say a word about it, just expected me to figure it out. People really need to leave the programming alone unless they know what they're doing...

A kid reprogramming bypass codes for smart lights? That's one hell of a creative disaster.
