Showerthought: why do half the new guys treat zip ties like they're jewelry on a panel?

Any of you old timers ever try to talk a new installer out of the zip tie obsession, or do you just let em learn by watching the service guys curse?

Ken from the Atlanta office has 1000 ties on his truck and uses every one.

1000 ties but how many are actually silk vs polyester? That changes the whole logistics of storing them all.

Gotta admire a man that committed to his gimmick.
