I swore by wireless sensors until a house in Phoenix proved me wrong last July
I used to be that guy who'd push wireless everything because it was faster and I hated fishing wires. Then I got a call back on a system I installed in August, customer said their front door sensor kept going offline. Drove 45 minutes out there, checked the battery first, fine. Replaced the sensor anyway, same thing two weeks later. Finally ran a hardwire to that door and it's been solid for 6 months now. Any other stubborn folks here have a similar wake-up call with wireless gear?

My buddy got chewed out for a solid 20 minutes over a tiny mistake on a report. He said the whole time he was just nodding and thinking, "Is this really worth a meeting about?" By the end even his boss looked tired of hearing himself talk lol.
