Hit my 100th panel swap yesterday and it caught me off guard

I was just finishing up at a retirement community in Mesa, and the homeowner asked how many of these I'd done. I did some quick math and realized I'm past 100 panel swaps now. That first one took me almost 6 hours and now I can knock one out in about 90 minutes. Anyone else hit a milestone that snuck up on them?

Jump in and say those 90 minute swaps are after you've already done the rough in and have the truck unloaded. Most guys I know aren't counting the drive time or the cleanup after. Still a solid improvement from 6 hours though, just don't sell yourself short on what the actual job takes.

Those 90 minute swaps must feel good now compared to that first one. 100 of anything is a solid milestone, even when you're not keeping count.

6 hours on a first panel swap is wild lol. I bet that felt like an eternity but I guess you gotta start somewhere. Nice work getting it down to 90 minutes though, that's a huge improvement.
