Finally had a day where nothing went wrong on a 737 for once

Last Thursday did my walk-around on an old 737-800 and every panel was closed, no leaks, and the logbook was actually clean. Any of you guys ever have a shift that just felt too easy and you waited for the other shoe to drop?

My buddy Mike had a 737 throw a flap fault right after he bragged about an easy shift.

Have you tried cycling the flaps with some airspeed first? That cleared it up for me once, just had to give it a sec and re-check the indications.
