Why does nobody talk about air fryer basket sizes being wrong?

I got a big air fryer last month, the kind that says it holds 6 quarts. So I figured I could toss in a whole chicken breast and some veggies no problem. Well, I stuffed it full one night and the thing cooked uneven as anything - the veggies came out burnt on one side and the chicken was still raw in the middle. I was in my kitchen in Portland around 7pm, starving, and had to pull everything out and finish it in the oven for another 20 minutes. Now I only fill the basket halfway, even if the manual says it can hold more. It just doesn't circulate air right when it's packed. Has anyone else found that their air fryer's listed capacity is total nonsense for actual cooking?

Wait so is the 6 quart measurement like the whole basket space or just the usable cooking area?

Oh man @ruby_rivera76, that's a tricky one. Most brands count the whole basket volume not just the usable cooking area. So you're really getting maybe 4-5 quarts of actual cooking space in a 6 quart air fryer.
