Tried cooking frozen chicken breasts directly in the air fryer without thawing first

Was hungry at 6pm on a Tuesday, threw two frozen chicken breasts in at 375 for 20 minutes. They came out raw in the middle and burnt on the outside. Had to microwave them to finish cooking and the texture was like rubber. Does anyone have a real method for frozen meat that actually works?

Lower the temp to 350 and add 10 more minutes.
