The week I did chicken wings every night because my air fryer preheat got way faster after cleaning the fan
After four straight days of crispy wings with no grease smoke filling the kitchen, I finally admitted that the three months of skipping deep cleans was why my cooks were taking 12 minutes longer, has anyone else noticed a huge drop in cook time after a proper scrub?

Air fryer math applies to everything. Clean the thing, it works better.
