The cafe's air fryer basket trick with parchment liners
I was at a little cafe in Portland last week and watched the cook use those perforated parchment rounds in the air fryer basket instead of spraying oil. She said it cuts cleanup time in half and the food still gets crispy because the holes let air move. Has anyone else tried those liners, or do they mess with the crunch for you?
