Pro tip: I think everyone's wrong about air fryer chicken wings
I followed a popular recipe that said to cook them at 400 for 20 minutes, but they came out dry and tough. I'm sticking with my old method of 375 for 25 minutes, flipping halfway. Anyone else find the high-and-fast method just doesn't work for wings?

Oh man, this is the whole internet in a nutshell. Someone has a viral "best" method and suddenly it's gospel, even when it makes your food worse. It happens with everything from cleaning hacks to life advice. People just love a simple, fast rule, even if the slower, messier way actually works better.

Seriously, the cleaning hack thing is so true. People will ruin a good shirt with some weird baking soda paste just to avoid a normal wash cycle. It's like we're all trying to cheat at basic tasks now.

Right? Why do we all fall for the magic fix that just makes more work? I tried the baking soda and vinegar trick on my sink once and it left this weird film I had to scrub off twice as hard.
