My mom finally tried my air fried Brussels sprouts last Sunday and admitted they beat her oven method
She said the texture was way crispier without getting soggy on the inside, and now I'm wondering if I've been gatekeeping air fryer tricks from my own family for too long, has anyone else converted a parent after years of them refusing to switch?

Oh man @angelar57, I actually don't think she was just being nice. Re-watching the clip, she seemed pretty genuine about it, like she'd been wanting to say that for a while and finally got the nerve. Sometimes people just tell the truth without a hidden angle, y'know?
