I was dead set against parchment liners in the air fryer...
I always thought they'd block airflow and ruin the crisp. After burning a batch of brussels sprouts last Tuesday I tried a precut liner from Target for $5, food came out way crunchier and zero cleanup. Anyone else had better luck with accessories they were sure were scams?

Had the exact same worry about liners. Tried one on a whim after reading some reviews and now I pretty much always use one. Brussels sprouts came out way better than without it actually.

Whoa, really? I gotta say I'm on the complete opposite side of this one. I tried a liner once for roasted veggies and felt like everything just steamed instead of getting those crispy, caramelized edges that make brussels sprouts actually good. Plus I've heard some people worry about the chemicals in non-stick liners leaching into food at high heat (not sure if that's legit, but it stuck with me). For me, a good old fashioned metal pan and some high heat oil has never let me down, no liner required.
