I spent $50 on an air fryer liner kit and it was a complete waste

I bought a set of silicone liners for my air fryer basket about 2 months ago. The idea was to skip cleanup and still get crispy food, but the liners blocked all the air flow underneath. My fries came out soggy and my chicken had a wet bottom every single time. I finally tossed them last week and went back to just spraying the basket with oil. Has anyone else had better luck with those parchment paper rounds instead?

and honestly @zara572 i bet the rain was just jealous of how good those fries looked. like the universe saw a perfect batch and decided nah we gotta ruin these. its always when you wait the longest for food too right? i swear my last drive thru order got hit with a surprise shower and the bag was literally falling apart by the time i got home. soggy fries are a crime.
