Spent $85 on an AI copywriting tool and it wrote a listing that sounded like a robot having a stroke

I needed some fresh listing descriptions for a client's house in Phoenix last week. So I dropped $85 on one of those AI writing apps everyone is hyping up. It spat out a paragraph about "suburban harmony" and mentioned "sun-kissed window frames" three times in five sentences. Had to rewrite the whole thing myself in 20 minutes, which kind of defeated the purpose. Has anyone else had an AI tool make your work sound totally weird or was it just me being impatient with the settings?

Keep messing with the settings, the free version of ChatGPT actually writes better than most of those paid tools if you tell it to act like a realtor. I've had the best luck feeding it my old listings and telling it to match that style instead of letting it go crazy with its own voice.
