My spam folder went from 40 junk emails a day to 2, and I blame one tiny filter setting
For about 3 years my inbox was a mess. I'd get 40 or 50 junk emails every single day, mostly stuff about vitamins and fake invoices. Then last month I flipped on a smart filter in my email app and within a week it dropped to about 2 a day. The wild part is I didn't do anything fancy, just let the AI look at what I was already deleting and learn from it. I figured it would mess up and eat real emails, but so far it has only grabbed one receipt I actually wanted. Has anyone else tried letting the machine sort your mail, and did it ever toss something important?
