My dad's one question about the AI scheduling bot stopped me cold
I was showing him my new AI scheduling bot that books appointments in under 30 seconds, and he just asked why the bot can't explain a cancellation to a grumpy client over the phone. That made me realize I'd focused on speed, not the messy human stuff, like when Mrs. Delgado's appointment got mixed up last Friday in Austin. He's 68 and barely uses email, but he saw the gap in my demo. Anyone else have a non-techy person point out a blind spot in their AI project lately?

oh man that hit home for me, my mom did basically the same thing with my grocery delivery app, she asked how it handles when the store is out of the exact item and the customer gets annoyed. I was so focused on making it fast that I forgot the whole point is dealing with people, not just moving things along. it's crazy how the simplest question can expose the biggest hole.
