My CRM auto-responder sent 'congrats on the new baby' to a listing client
I was at a showing in Tulsa when my CRM bot fired off a congrats message to a guy who just sold his house. Problem is, he never had a kid, his daughter passed away last year and the AI pulled it from a spam email thread in his old inbox. Client was nice about it but I deleted the whole automation and went back to manual follow ups. Anyone else had an AI tool embarrass them in front of a client?
