My AI scheduling tool double-booked me 3 times in one week

I use this smart calendar that syncs with customer requests, but last Tuesday it scheduled two pest inspections at the same time across town. I had to call both homeowners and reschedule while driving between jobs. Has anyone else had a supposedly 'smart' system make your day worse instead of easier?

Buddy of mine had the same thing happen with his lawn care software last month. It booked him for two properties on opposite sides of town at the exact same time, and he had to explain to both clients why he was late. Pretty sure that smart calendar just made him look really disorganized in front of people he was trying to impress.

Switching to manual calendar entry fixed that for me, @julia_miller24. It's a pain at first but way less stressful than trusting an app that clearly doesn't understand travel time.
