Had a rough week with an AI transcription tool at work

So last Tuesday I was using this new AI voice-to-text tool for a meeting at our office in Austin. It kept mixing up words like 'budget' and 'budge it' and I had to re-listen to the whole 45 minute recording. Then on Thursday it straight up crashed during a client call and I lost the last 10 minutes of notes. I thought these things were supposed to be smart by now. Has anyone else had a bad run with AI transcription software? I want to know what you switched to for better accuracy.

Built my own little dang greenhouse once and still managed to plant the tomatoes upside down, so I feel your pain with tech that should just work.
