Found a weird shortcut for training image models that saved me 30% time
I was trying to get consistent character styling in Midjourney and accidentally discovered that adding certain color hex codes in the prompt gives way more reliable outputs, anyone else find random prompts that just click better?

Wait, hex codes actually work in Midjourney prompts? That's wild... I've been fighting with getting consistent character colors for weeks and never thought to try that. Did you just paste the code in like #FF5733 or did you wrap it in something special? I swear I spent like 6 hours last week trying to get a blue jacket to stay blue across different generations and it kept drifting to teal or gray... this is blowing my mind a little.

Nah, honestly I think hex codes are overrated for Midjourney @finleyf88 - even if you paste them raw, the AI still interprets them through lighting and scene context, so that blue jacket is gonna drift anyway. I'd rather just describe a specific color name and make peace with the fact that AI is never gonna be precise with color matching.
