My building's new package sorting robot kept delivering my neighbor's meds to my door

It started about two weeks ago when a small pharmacy box showed up for apartment 4B, and I'm in 2A. The robot, a little wheeled thing called a 'LobbyBot,' scans labels but got confused by our similar last names. I had to manually walk the package upstairs three separate times. It makes you wonder who's responsible if urgent medicine gets delayed like that. Has anyone else had an automated system fail in a way that felt ethically messy?

That's a serious system flaw. Your neighbor's health could depend on that delivery. The building management needs to fix the robot's programming immediately. They are totally responsible for any delays it causes. Relying on you to fix its mistakes is not a solution. This is more than a simple mix-up.

System flaws" reminds me of my old building's elevator that would just stop between floors.

Karen_perry38 is right about the building being responsible, but who actually fixes it? The company that made the robot or the landlord who bought it?
